Liking those wheels in the last 2 pics - what kind are they? You say this is a PD 170? Looks like a sport to me (130 or 100 PD) is it a remapped 130?
Cheers.

Wheel question answered as I posted!

Ad Lav

They were around £600 from ebay, bargain as came with 4 toyos and already refurbed!

Lots of people ask me about the tyres being flat... don't think they are! They've got about 30 psi in them, not too hard, not too soft.

Oh, and the audi stickers on the brakes? Yup, from ebay, heat resistant ones.

Glad you like it, smoothing the boot at xmas, should be interesting!

i think i prefered the old wheels? looks higher at the back now and the back looks a little plain but i love the side on shot with the old wheels, so much so i saved it to my computer lol.

headlining looks ace, are you going to paint the plastics by the adjustable seatbelt height thingy or are they available in black?

gazjones
12-11-2006, 15:35
can get the from the cupra version as the whole interior is black but might need seat belts out to do!
pics look ace by the way!

nice interior..

but needs coilovers to get the back end lower so its inline with the front...

Ad Lav
12-11-2006, 19:35
I'm saving up for coilovers at the moment! But with xmas around the corner it won't get done til spring...
It's on eibach springs and is only low on front because of the engine weight. Looks good when people are sitting in it though!! :D

Interior done similar to cupra, didn't spray the seatbelt bits as they would have rubbed off with use, might check out price for cupra bit though.

Oh, and the WHOLE of the interior is re-trimmed in Alcantara (expensive stuff) headlining, pillars and seats! Had it re-done early this year!

There's a custom boot build too but not got any pics, will just say hey and show on 25th November meet, should be a good night!
