The Beeza cupra alreayd has side skirts on it.. ??

Some of those kits on SJB are particularly grim.. Ok if you are trying to get your car into the sequel to "Fast and the Furious" or into Max Power, but a little bit lame for driving your car through the streets and not getting laughed at by everyone who is over the age of 16. lol.

Just messin.. each to their own.. Some of the bits aren't too bad. I quite like the little roof spoiler to go on the top of the existing one, and the sports mirrors.. A lot of the kit doesn't fit to the Cupra anyway due to it already having quite a lot of body dressing on it anyway.
Might have a look about that roof spoiler though.

What bodykits on sjb sport are ugly.

how do you take front bumper of 1.8vt? I've got as far as undoing the screws under whell and screws under little round caps and the ones above grill. But what next? anybody any ideas?

Coming off my drive and hit bottom of the bumper, its knocked the clips out on the left hand side next to wheel.

a strong spike and a good tug @ the mouldings will reveal the main bolts , be careful as the mouldings are quite soft , when you replace em PUSH each bit in carefully as BANGIN em in will push em all outta shape

As I said, I was jokin, it is all personal preference.

I personally think that the Carcept kit makes the car look like a Fiat Brava, and that is NOT a good thing. I like roof spoiler, but the rest of it just looks too false on the car.

Also they have done it to a standard TDI, the lip on the front looks wrong with the standard bumper and fog lights, and I think the front on the Cupra looks much better. As for the side skirts, they are too large and protrude from the car making it look too fasle again. I think the ones on the Cupra are large enough, however if I was going to change them I would go for the Beemer M3 sills, as they are about as large as you can go without making it look like something out of "The Fast and the Furious", and as I said, my PERSONAL opinion is that that sort of dressing up of a car looks daft driving on the roads in everyday use. I live in Hull and the place is full of teenage nobbers that drive corsa's and punto's and the like, and have lowered them and put massive wheels on them and huge body kits, and they have a 1.4 n/a engine under the bonnet, and they sit at the lights trying to race me in my standard non modded Beeza 1.8T Cupra.. makes me chuckle sometimes, but all in all it gets a bit lame when you have to put up with it everyday of the week on the roads.. Keep the hyper-modded cars for the track and display, and get a decent engine is my personal choice.

I, by no means suggest that everyone elses opinions should be the same and I am aware that many of the guyz on here do have hyper-modded cars, but it wouldn't be good for us all to be the same now would it.. but we can all air our opinions in public..

Oooooooohh... and also.. those Wheels on that blue Beeza that are on SJB.. they look daft..!! fair enough put spacers on to make them match the track of the car (front is wider), but having them stick out of the sides is just pointless..!! looks like you couldn't get a set of wheels that fitted.. !! whats next.. tractor wheels on the back and pram wheels on the front..?? with a leather bound shirt button for a steering wheel.. lmfao..

Right.. there is my wind up for the day... if you haven't guessed I am actually havin a laff with ya.. We all love our cars I am sure (squeaks uncluded.. hmmmm), and we can all do what we want with them..

Now do I get that roof spoiler or what..? hmmmm..
