Warranty Direct

My dad's car has a 'Warranty Direct' Gold cover policy and recently it had to have the coolant temp sensor replaced. The garage had contacted 'Warranty Direct' as they thought this would be covered under the Cooling section which includes '.... temperature gauge, electronic control units and linkages.' but 'Warranty Direct' disagreed and said if the exact item is not listed it's not covered.


Any garage people able to shed light on this ?

Anyone else had issues with 'Warranty Direct' ?
