Passing on some info...hope it helps...

I notice from another post, that Amethyst Seat aren't doing the bulbs kits. http://www.seatcupra.net/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=6516&highlight=amethyst+xenon

So I,
Ordered some replacement bulbs for my misses' MX-5 from www.powerbulbs.com . Philips Blue main headlamp bulbs, silver indicator bulbs and got the perfomance (Philips blue) sidelights for free, reasonable prices too (I think). I've always rated the Philips bulbs very highly, especially the bright white light from the Blue bulbs.

Not bad service either, ordered the bulbs on Sunday and received them on Tuesday. They only do the Philps Blue and Power Vision (+50% extra bright) and the Osram equivalents. Even do bulk discount, so whoever wants them could group together.

R type ?? Hang on worked it out Cupra R, D'oh.

The silver indicators they have on the site are Philips silver vision ones @ £14.75 per pair inc delivery or £26.95 for 2 pairs. That includes the free Blue Vision side lights.

That explains why I had a second sets of sidelights in my parcel. Should have read the site more clearly:rolleyes:

And they are the nastiest little buggers to fit in a Leon too:mad:

Jury is still out on whether the whole set of Phillips bulbs seem brighter or not. I guess they are but it only seems a little to me.

Yip i found that out after ordering them for mine, imagine the scenario ; remove front indicator bulbs and replace with new ones - oh wait a minute there are already Silver Vision in the indicators, ah well that was money well spent  (i know i should have checked it first)

So now i'm glad i only bought one set, and they are in the rear indicators

.
