A while ago a very kind member in Fleet let me borrow they parrot upgrade cable.
Sods law since then my PC packed up and I lost all my emails, does anyone have access to a cable that I could borrow

Do you have access to a laptop with Bluetooth built in? If so, the upgrade procedure using that is very straight forward.
the ck3000 cant be done using bluetooth only the ck3000 evolution.
Hence want to flash my ck3000 with the evo software so later on I can use bluetooth.
I have a cable. I no longer have a CK3000, fancy buying it for some small amount?

Sorry to go off topic slightly but I have the ck3000 to and was wondering what gains youd get from flashing with the evo software ? and where can I get said software ?

Say £6 posted (just googled for how much and one place wants £23, but I think I paid £12 + postage).
If you want instead I can tell you the pin outs, but for £6 it isn't worth the hassle.
