Mechanically standard 2001 Ibiza 20vt, 8500 miles.
Needs chipping, looking for mass torque through 30mph - 100mph.
Preferably scottish dealer, coz Im in the highlands!!
Suggestions very welcome.
Also what other mods required to compliment the chip??

Cheers folks

http://www.starperformance.co.uk/ is an APR dealer - those have the smoothest torque curves of the cars I've seen

would have thought that a set of Pagid FR's & a fluid change to Dot 5.1 will stop them overheating (which is the only problem I find when I've driven even std cars)

FR 5051's which I think are the ones you'd need area about £35+VAT, then you'll need about 5litres of Dot5.1 fluid to flush thru all 4 calipers - I think this is about £7/ltr

On top of that, if you're not doing it yourself, expect to pay about 90mins labour - any more than that & they're taking their time.
