please help ive been round a few i.c.e shops and im still damn confused as to what stereo equipment would be best for my car and how to fit it. so here i am please can someone in the know help

im looking for

uprated fronts and tweeters same positions
uprated rears same positions
amp to run them
some soundproofing
cables
fitting

thats it please help someone
