hi, is there any point in disconnecting the battery to reset the ecu to let it adapt to my driving style? saw a similar post in the ibiza/leon sections, cant find it again though and this was mentioned. may be worth a try??
Will it cause any problems like fault codes not starting again, codes to be entered etc?:confused:
Check you've got the radio code - everything else should be fine
Can't see it'll make a blind bit of difference tbh. Could try it after a service maybe :confused:
think the radio is car secific, coded but even if powered down it will recognise it again? i think thats what dealer said when i picked car up??
Just putting a feeler out, if can find the post will link it. just that thought it seemed like a good idea saying i'm not the owner from new,was an ex seat demo car.
