fuel type and interior accessories for leon 20vt-4

i have the seat leon 20vt-4 i just want to ask if i can put 95 fuel octan or just 98 octan like the catlog in my country write (israel)
, i want to know if any body as accessories for the leon like the racing knobs, aluminum instrument panel like the offical seat as on there web site and where can i get them that i can buy online.
