What are the figures on that remap? How does the power kick in? Smooth or agressive?

the figures are supposed to be an extra 40 bhp but wont know until i go back to have it on the rollers in a month or two the power is quite aggresive but still smooth if you can understand that but it never seems to end it just keeps wanting to pull when i first drove the car it actually made me feel like i was in a lower gear the way it pulled compared to what it was like standard for example i was in 5th but the car pulled like it was in 4th which i found incredible cos its added another 70 nm of torque.

it cost 250 quid all in with a diagnostics check included and actually this might sound stupid but i give the car a bit yesterday and i was averaging about 26 mpg which was awkward to get running as standard just couldn`t get my head round it but i`m going out for a couple of hours today so i`ll have another check on it

I keep hearing good things about P-Torque and their prices seem superb. Bit of a long drive from me in Southampton though :(

Hi There

We are limited to less maps with the Pug/Citroen HDI models. You'll have a real shocker if you come and get your Leon mapped :-o

Did the possible 40bhp remap really cost you £250?

If so that's amazing - i'm set to take mine to Jabba Sport and they're after £475 for a 40bhpish increase!

Does anyone know if i'm comparing like for like with Jabba and P-Torque? Sorry if i've missed something obvious!!!

Had my R mapped by P torque, The map is not as agressive as a revo map but pulls well to the redline, at £250 it is a bargain. Recommended.

not 100% but i think js 475 is the custom map ... good if youve got extras like zorst, fmic etc. i think there straight map might be cheaper.

jabba use a rolling road so you get a print out.

be good to see the p-torque dynograph as it looks good value for money.

main thing is your lovin the power;)

For those who want a more aggressive map, then this can be done, no problem.

An aggressive map is not always the most powerful and driveable map though. The power will usually pull hard lower down, but then tail off sooner with weaker pull to red line.

Our standard mapping will pull very strongly throughout the rev-range.

its not all about the BHP increase, its also the torque and drivability of the vehicle for example i had revo on my ibiza its agressive and still pulls hard in 5th when doing 120mph, wheras a leons revo is not as agressive more smoother....but yes 250 is a bargain if you dont want revo but i wouldnt change mine :)
