much power full turbo charger

secand thing what is the best kit(all i need)to make this car like

faster then any A3/GOLF/IMPREZA STI IN ALL WAYS.

Putting in a more powerful turbo charger is going to mean more lag, I dare say there is probably a hybrid out there somewhere which will allow a bit more power without any major problems, but that is not going to provide any huge power hikes.

I would recommend you forget your plan to make the fastest car the world has ever seen, unless you have millions of pounds kicking around (in which case why get an Ibiza? ) it isn't going to happen. Even if you were trying for just straight line speed there are Imprezas in the UK with more than 400bhp, and no doubt there will be similarly spec'd up A3s and Golfs.
