Decided to brave the cold and give the car a mini detail.

Wash

Supa snow foam mixed with meguires gold class used through a karcher foam gun. Lambswool wash mit with 2 bucket method. Dried using a large waffle weave towel.

Polish/Wax

The paint didnt need clayin as the car is pretty new and there wasnt much contaminents on it.
I used Super Resin Polish and worked in well into the paint. Then i applied 2 coats of Extra Gloss Protection left for 24 hours, this gave great results. To top that off i used Collinite 476s which improved the finish even further and is well suited to the silver paint.

Wheels/Tyres

Wheels were washed with Meguires gold class and tyres dressed with Meguires High Endurance

Heh if you have a look at http://www.polishedbliss.co.uk/acatalog/january.html and check Richs car out - you'll see that's not true ;)

However, it does take more effort than most are prepared to invest - me included :)
