Two stage switches on drivers door.
Drivers window can go up/down automatically
Passenger window - mine only goes down automatically, and you have to hold the button to get it back up - is this correct ?
Intermittantly stops working as well.

I'm sure you've sorted it now but if you have the battery disconnected the "one touch" thing stops working. Just hold both of the window switches in the up position for a couple of seconds and it reprograms someting or other.
I've had to do it twice after having a couple of things fitted to the car.

The 20vT Leon that Autocar had on it's long term test fleet, had a drivers side one touch electric window switch that had a mind of it's own.
Sometimes going down but refusing to go back up!
(nice when it is raining!)
They had a few problems with the car, but nothing drastic.
