Braided Hoses made for the Seat Ibiza 20VT are now available to order from Badger5.
Hoses available as a complete kit for £125inc vat or available in staged kits. (see below)
Front Braided hose (pair) = £45
Short rear beam hoses (pair) = £25
Rear caliper kit comprising:-
rear hoses (pair) & Rear metal pipe section = £70
The rear hose configuration is not a stright forward hose only setup, as the factory flexi hose is crimped onto the solid line running along the rear beam. The braided hose upgrade includes a new solid pipe setup with suitable ends to connect to the braided hoses.
Orders being taken for first batch.
Patterns made.
regards
Bill
I presume you are talking about the braded hoses I've already got as part of the Brembo upgrade? (Minus the rears obviously).

Sort of.
The ends are different on these Ben to suit the stock 20VT calipers not Brembos.
you are already sorted front braided hose wise.... especially now they're fitted correctly !!!

Do these fit mk2 Ibizas as well? Seeing as they use the same callipers (I think)...
they do Steve - rear callipers are the same, fronts may need a little longer pipe though depending on how generous bill was with the extra length - ooer

so what is the benefit of this??

The usual benefit is of the stainless braided, teflon lined hose, does not swell up when the brakes are applied, like rubber ones can do with time. Less swelling of the hose means more effective pressure at the calipers which in turn means a firmer pedala nd improved braking.
This is a typical mod done by most Golf owners.
and they look nicer too :p

steve/mark,think the rears on the mk3 are different, they use mk4 golf items not the mk3,slight difference on the rear outside hose i think,as used on the c+renterprises mk4 rear caliper conversion.
though steve there is a kit available for the mk2 i have them on mine:cheers:
Jason, where did you get your kit from? Was it through Bill as well?
I take it you have to drain the fluid to fit them? Might as well get some decent fluid in at the same time...
Cheers
Steve

Should'nt do no.. they're the over axle ones... The rears are the long & awkward ones.

Over axle (beam) ones are rear not front.
Fronts are a regular pair.
No PM received tho.

Basically i said :
Have you still got turbo intake pipe 4 sale?? ifso how much??
And can i have a total price for Braided Front Hoses and rear spacers plz?
how much would rear ones cost too? I take it i would need the rear caliper kit?? as the hoses would not fit onto existing metal section??
