View Full Version : Ladies on here?
Why all the excitement about a female posting on here?
IMO as soon as a female posts on here she is subject to a barrage of "Are you single, what do you look like, I'm a stud etc" and are put off for life.
FFS, treat women on here as equals and things will be fine. No-one asks "What do you look like... Have you a girlfriend?" to a male member
Methinks some people on here should grow up and ladies will participate in this site all the more, more than the one's who have posted before and since dissappeared.
Rant over.

I agree with Brian, I think the last thing a girl wants when coming on here is to be chatted up by everyone.
PS if there are any girls (single) that need comforting due to the apalling treatment by members of these forums then let me know, I'm there for you! :D

Brian is right though. Were like a pack of dogs waiting for din dins!!
You have to remember that there are a lot of young lads on here so uncontrollable testosterone levels are going to be high.
Agree with Brian though, you lot must scare them all away. Would be nice to have a few ladies posting different viewpoints.

It is a shame new ladies get scared off but, if you had a room full of 2075 (at last count) people, 99% of whom are male 1: They aren't going to ask eachother if they're single (well most anyway) and 2: If a girl walks in, most will do what comes naturally to them - eye her up, chat her up and talk to eachother about her....

There are other sites with more female members....but ask anyone when a lot of girls get together they get attitude.
We are probably better off without them.
If more women were on the site there would be more flame wars believe me.
Us guys know how to communicate mostly without upsetting each other...women work on another level;)
Lets be honest how many times have you slagged off your buddies to your wife/girlfriend? not many eh...
How many times has she 'bitched' about her friends or her friends falling out for no reason.
the word 'bitchin' has its origins;)
Oh if we did have a load of female members then we wouldnt have as much fun with our pub humour as we would keep getting moderated...then we'd get bored and leave and there would be only women left who would argue with each other then leave and then that would be the end of seatcupra.net:mad:

Can't say I'm bothered - this is not a mens club and I put my trust in our Admin to sort out any misunderstandings.
just one question bri?why are you talking to male "members",you got lonley while mary's away;)
Think it goes without saying the ladies are very welcome here, but whether they join in or participate is purely upto them.
I can see not only with the forum being male dominated, but with the subject matter, its never going to attract many ladies, but those that are here, are welcome. :)

Nope, still quietly muttering away and I don't get no back-chat from myself. :p ;)
