Just get bored.
I know exactly what you're on about - my Corrado has seen 5 sets of rims in the last year! The best ones have been the Enzo Cups and the Cup 3's... moving to current Cup 3's and selling the Enzo's was hard enough but, now finding better than the standard LCR alloys is prooving seriously hard - current plans don't involve a wheel change :D

either these superleggra's or the standard rims for me

no wonder I cant find any decent alloys .. YOU got 'em ALL :(

Fair to say your taste has improved over the year then
bbs's by far, love the stance the it has when they are on.

Maybe he sold his private plate to fund some of them - check the early pics... Plate changed mid way./.

i'd like another set of rims........absolutely hate leggeras.....way too common, round by me everyone and their skateboard has a set!!
I prefer the lenso 18's. What was the drivability like, was the car lowered at all?
beattie17
29-01-2007, 23:37
THe car was on coilovers with 18's on.Yeah you could drive it like that everyday and not have a problem
Do you remember the offsets? I've seen some porker wheels i like but they are 18's 8" wide, finding the same wheels in 17's is like finding rocking horse manure. So just wanted to know if 18's were practical.

Nope you get an air bag boss kit and no lights come up.in the kit u get a resistor type thing that acts like air bag.
7.5x16 et25 and 9x16 et15 All going graphite grey
Cool!
You have stolen my idea for wheels even down to the colour :banghead2 ;)
Will have to have a rethink now :p

Have thought about the A's but not sure if they will work on the bezza or not? There was a set for sale on here not long ago.
To many ideas - not enough cash!!
Midnight mods are the best we did my mates coilovers one time starting at 11pm and finishing some random time so we could go to a meet the next evening or something!

Have u rolled the arches to get it sitting that low? do u get any scrubage?
beattie17
24-08-2007, 19:24
yeah arches rolled, no scrubage :)
u sold ur bbs porker rims then mate? what size tyres u have on the d90's in black? as im looking at having d90s and what a really low profile possibly stretched or would that look naff on the style of alloys?
beattie17
27-08-2007, 01:28
yeah bbs's are gone. Go for 195/45's
what wheel adaptors did u use as i dont want ant scrubbage?!
beattie17
27-08-2007, 10:55
Depends on the offset of the porsche wheels you buy, try make them as close to original offset as possible and they wont rub. ie porsche offset et52 use a 20mm adaptor to get et32, etc
