Thats sites got a lot of info.... it'll take ages to get through.

The PDF documents are written like sales sheets, does these mean that the parts listed are avaiable to buy? I see a titanium anti-roll bar listed! :)

The problem I have is I don't know which parts will fit the Ibiza... I know the Ibiza is part Polo and part Golf, but I don't know which bit is from which and so don't know what would fit!

Have you found anything on there that you think would be worth getting?

The hydraulic handbrake would be useful for practicing my parallel parking the the Tescos carpark of an evening! ;)

Let us know of anything interesting that you dig out of there.

Cheers

Ben - see them long part numbers - give em to your local VW dealer - he can get them for you (I joke you not)

As a general rule - Front = Mk2/3 Golf Rear = Polo Mk4 (or 3 if you REALLY know your Polo's)

Some of bits are genuine VW motorsport bits and not available from a VW dealer, only from VW motorsport or rallyireland - personally I cannot work out which though as there is no key to the parts lists - most bits still available are for most recent models also and very little left for Mk2/3 golf
:(

I get the impression that some of the big VW tuning shops in the US like autotech have bought them up.

I have been trying to get suspension bushes through this channel to no success - all they have now is G4 / most recent polo / beetle / lupo (awesome looking BTC car spec doc - new project perhaps!).

I appreciate that front is golf 2/3 and rear polo 3/4 but which bits ? this is the tricky bit and I would not shell out for a unobtanium spigot flange retaining pin bearing without knowing exactly it was going to fit....

Very useful site and the forum is quite good too.

Cheers
