The pins?
Hiya,
When I changed my lights over I took the connector block out the back of the old lights and there was a little cover on this which I pulled open.
Once you've done this you can see that the pins are held in place by a tiny little one way tab on the bacl of them. After a bit of fiddling I just held the tab in with a medium sized sewing pin and pulled on the back of them (Wire end) with a pair of needle nose pliers, hey presto. Then I just swapped them about as required to get the new lights on. Took a bit of time on the first attempt (Drivers side) but done it in no time with the passenger side.
My description probably isn't the clearest way of describing this procedure  but hopefully it will help you out. :D

yep see my guide at the top of the arosa section
Hiya, here I have copied and pasted the guide for the correct re-wire of the pins/colours (sourced from Club Lupo and Arosa Racer's previous posting):
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The plugs on the new lights have numbers on them 1-6 here are the colours for each pin and what number they correspond to.
OFFSIDE
1 BLACK/RED
2 GREY/RED
3 NOT USED - EMPTY
4 BROWN
5 BLACK/GREEN
6 GREY/WHITE
NEARSIDE
1 BLUE/BACK
2 WHITE/BLACK
3 BROWN
4 NOT USED - EMPTY
5 RED/BLACK
6 BLACK/GREY
Buy some spare fuses just in case. Please check guide above and check again when putting in the pins to the new locations. If in doubt  consult a qualified auto electrician.
