Just an update on my project Ibiza Cupra, I finally installed a Boost meter and a new upsolute chipa and Im getting 16PSI out of my K04.
Any ideas how many HP this may be?
Sorry, not sure.... but is the 16si sustained or a peak?
Bills boost gauge has shown that the RSD 207bhp conversion (Oettinger chip) peaks at about 17psi on a K03 (but 12psi sustained) so I would of thought you would of got a bit more out of the K04.
Not that I'm any kind of expert.

16psi sustained from 4K to rev limit is superb.
I wish mine could do that. :)
In an Ibiza it must be possessed !!!!!
I drove mine across country last night fast, and could not drive it full throttle most of the time - too brutal - still more power than handling...
Yours must be absolutely ballistic?
How do you ever drive full throttle?
