16V cam specs

Hi

Just been having a sort out and came across the following

2L 16V ABF cam specs:

Intake - 219deg @ 1mm, 10.8mm max
Exhaust - 220 deg @ 1mm, 10.8mm max

1.8L 16V KR cam specs:

Intake - 218deg @ 1mm, 9.6mm max
Exhaust - 226 deg @1mm, 10.2mm max

May be useful at some point to someone

Kent do a kit that apparently give 17bhp:-o

personally, unless I was doing more work to the engine (head / CC increase / Inc CR etc) I would stick with ABF cams - they are actually pretty good

If you want to do anything, perhaps a schrick 268 inlet cam and a remap but leave the exhaust cam well alone IMO

this is one of the best road-spec and reasonable money abf's I have seen
