:) I have been going regularly to SMC Exeter since I bought my Toledo from them near the end of 1999. I am truly delighted with the service they give me. I see they won some award recently. I certainly find their workshop of a high standard. They often lend me very new cars. They truly treat me as a valued individual. I have been most impressed!

Yep, they've been pretty good with me too, BUT, I still have a squeaky seat back, headrest that drops on its own and permanent air bag light, and they've had the car twice since I reported it to them on Nov 10th (once to look at the above and once for 1st service) and no call for 9 days now to take it back again. I appreciate that they need to wait for parts, but it's starting to drag on a bit...
Note that the car didn't come from SMC Exeter, it was Amethyst's demo, but the seat wasn't bad when I got it (it's getting much worse now) and the airbag light waited until the day after I got it to play up.
