fen asked me to say what my impression was of the car,it is far better than my lowly 1.816v the way the torque is spread is great not thrown into the seat at first just really smooth delivery,being a 16v driver i came up to some slower vehicles i went to change down,not needed 4th gear at 40mph just flew we were up to a good speed to overtake in an instance a car came in the distance and we were on the brakes and back in between lorries, a gap then came and we were off again and passed another 2 i can't say what the stnd car is like and having to keep the 16v on the boil to over take can be a drain on feul,but this car/ecu upgrade is ace wasn't really able to test the suspension as it was dark and and very cold so was worried about a bit of frost,i have driven my dads 1.9 tdi citreon zx and it doesn't compare in the same light,and my 16v would be eaten by it,the gearbox is very close and shifts very well although only really used 3rd and 4th round the back roads at home.hope this may help if you have this car,not very aticulate with words but can say i was very impressed and its ****ing awesome to drive:cheers: fen we must do it again
