Well I traded in my 02 leon cupra for an 03 model..:)
I wos offered a good price but picked up a few nigglies when I went ot pick it up and decided to refuse delivery. I also picked up another issue and ended up deciding to reject the car.
These problems were not caused by GC but somewhere from leaving the factory to getting to their show room! So I dont blambe them!
The process from then on was easy to say the least... They agreed for me to reject te car and then lent me their demo leon cupra for a few weeks until mine was ready!
Then instead of me having to dick around moaning at Seat UK about getting some kind of incentive they did that for me as well!
Response from the service department is now 1000% better than it used to be they seem much more helpful! This goes back to the point I made a while back.. These cars are nailed together by a spanish robot. I personally expect to have some problems and as long as they are dealt with with minimal or zero effort to me will be happy. Its when u have to do all the foot work that it gets annoying.
