odd tyre wear

hello, has anyone got any advice on the following, the rear offside tyre on my 1999 alhambra tdi 90 hp is wearing rather oddly, its taken far more tread off on the inside than out, its recently had a new wheel bearing in the hub but there is still a noise, is there anything that can work loose in the hub assembly causing any bolt heads to rub agaisnt something they shouldnt ?

Could the wheel be `skipping` implying a possible problem with the rear shock???

Hi does the tyre wear look as if it wears a bit then mises a bit !
If so i would look at the rear beam bushes this is commen in other vw based cars.
