Can you give me a price for this lot please?

My 40k service is coming up, slower than expected luckily, but it's coming none the less. So, can you give me a price for the following:

LCR 40K service with a top-notch oil, but no air filter needed as you fitted a Green panel last time I was at JKM.
Supply and fit upgraded 'DogBone' engine mounts
Fit a Forge TIP that I will supply (bought 2nd hand from this forum)

I'm still another 1200 miles or so from the service, but I'm trying to work out what money I have to spend on other things :D
