i'm looking for an online store that has good looking aluminum dashes for cordoba 2k with reasonable prices too ?:redface:
MHW, a german company does them. If u r in the UK they are imported by ABC Design
www.m-h-w.de (i think).
They have a lot of chrome/aluminium dash and interior trim parts, but their chrome instrument surrounds will not fit a '97 Ibiza. Another local company makes custom aluminium dash and instrument surrounds and asked me if there was a group buy possibility from SC members... more on that in the new year ;)
hey..i liked that metal finish spray ,u think it could be used instead of a dash trim ??:devil:
oh they didn't state which model the alu dash is suitable for :confused:

email or speak to abc or mhw. it takes them a couple of days t reply to email but they get back to you. a lot of their stuff is left hand drive models only though.
not used there spray paints. if you want colour, just prime, paint and lacquer. i've used primer and lacquer from h*lfords and a chrome effect paint for most of the parts attached to the dash, if it ain't painted it's got leather on it.

i mailed the guys at mhw...they replied a monthe later telling me the trim is not for the new cordoba's...talk about quick service :mad:
do u know any site that has the full foliatec products+shipps abroad ??? :D

I was reading above there and i say that part about the custom aluminium dash parts for the 97 ibiza?
i was wondering if theres any progress on that? pictures? prices? my car is pretty much finishednow but if i could find some tasty parts for the dash i would be very tempted :D
The company I was talking about was Banshee (see our discounts). They produce similar parts for other marques but not yet for SEAT ranges. Des asked me if their was any interest for alu/chrome/s-steel instrument surrounds or dash kits and if their were enough buyers they could arrange a run.
I haven't got round to posting a poll or guaging interest but will do so soon.

i would defo be interested in having an aluminium dash kit.
i wonder if they make them for the mk4 polo as it has the same dash/centre console etc as my mk2 ibiza.......?
