You can choose to agree or disagree with rolling roads but, seeing as a lot of people like to see what results customers are getting with companies that remap cars I thought I would supply some figures I acheived today on my car.......

Take a MK3 Ibiza Cupra R with a Green Cotton Dynatwist induction kit, Forge Split-R Valve, Cat Back exhaust system and add a P-Torque remap and you get?

226.5 BHP @ the Flywheel:D

................Oh, and one very happy customer;)

Thanks again Will, top job!:seatgod:

Yeah you to dave, was a good crack. I must say I wasnt expecting that figure at all. Your torque is much higher than mine though

Although a cupra R is 180bhp standard its still the same car, same turbo etc. All I was expecting was 195-200, certainly got more than I bargained for:)

Considering all the problems ive had previously and all the money ive spent, its been worth it.

There was another ibiza cupra r there as well, only made 130bhp at the FLY:wtf:

'Was secretly happy though:cartman:  :banned:

Was good to meet up with other SCN crew, big up the SEAT Massive:worship:

Where does its say 226 bhp?

the graph shows one run at 160bhp at the wheels and one at 170bhp at the wheels

Which means to get 225bhp your looking at near 35% transmission loss!!!

Hi Dan

Thanks for posting.

Alot of members have asked for a graph to compare P-Torque re-maps against others, so thanks for taking time to post it.

As long as you are happy then this is most important :)

Not 35% mate. 25% :)

226 x 0.75 = (25% loss) = 170bhp

All rolling roads are different of course as are figures:)

Oops, i did

170 x 1.34 = [34%] = 227bhp

Did it the wrong way round...

Most defo happy mate.

If its figures your worried about, it goes to show P-Torque is up there with the big players.

Money well spent in my eyes:thumbup:

what transmission losses whould be used with an Ibiza Cupra, 15-20%??

If so 170bhp at the fly = about 200bhp at the wheels, sounds a bit more realistic??

You've got them 2 mixed up mate;)

170 @ wheels should equal around 200 @ fly:)

Surely 56.6 bhp transmission losses are a little high? That's the power of a small car!!

Equivalent to 42 1KW electric fires!

Am I being a bit thick here, but the graph runs from 1k to 5k, the bhp curve is one long straight escalation that stops short of peak bhp for normal remapped 20vt's. turbo cars have a curve, that graph looks more like a wishful 16v. maybe its bacause the graph is squashed, perhaps if it filled the page instead of going to 9000rpm.

Think someone has done 170x1.18 instead of 170/1.18
