First tings first: Will a SXE bumper from a 97 ibiza go onto my CLS 96 ibiza? Gettin rid of my plaggy bumper one for a colour coded none plaggy one.
Where can I find some cheap lowering springs that will drop my beeza 35-40mm I seen some eibach ones for £130 which is a bit steep dont u think!!
Pi Rear spoiler for £67.99 good deal or not? Found it on passion motorsport. Anyone know of anywhere cheaper?
Thats all I had to say, ur help is grateful :D

mark phelps and f2big stu are the boys you need to talk to, they have done work similar to this in the recent past, mark has done the bumper and stu has done the lowering/brakes and body mods.
Hi
Check out this thread for the bumpers - it's easy enough to do, just need to be brave with a saw & take off the lower front wings.

Springs are OK - but expect to buy new dampers in a years time - that's what I'm having to do!
PI's are crap, buy the Bilsteins - it's worth it.

Just found some Pi Springs for 75 spondolies on need for speed which is a relief in price! Just hope someone cud beat that price if not I'll have to settle for that as its in my price range as I want the springs, rear spoiler and Front bumper done for feb now.

So mark u reckon it wud be worth gettin a full suspension kit rather then buyin springs as I would only have to replace the dampers in a yr?

Hmm full bilstein kit droppin it 40mm for £345 aint a bad deal me tinks!
Just gettin it fitted aint gonna be cheap :(
Chris :)
if you want to wait a while you can have the suspension off my cupra in a few months when i get mine upgraded - car never been track-dayed, done 34k miles 17k by me. full kit for the price of a set of springs.

What kind of suspension kit you got? And would it fit my 96 model beeza?? Plus how long wud I be waiting for? As I mite be able to wait a while
Chris :)
Except the front springs are different on the post facelift cars
Should be about 100+VAT to fit them - try C&R in notts (well radford)

Cheers mark, I'll take note of that as its not tooo far away from me!
Chris :)
well mark seems to think it won't fit, but it's just standard cupra suspension, so you'll look lower than a base model. i was planning on changing over in march/april but it depends on how my business goes (ie whether i bank enough invoices).
sorry - i should have said - the struts, rear springs will all fit - the top mounts & front springs won't (turret shape)
you can buy a pair of front GTi springs & that'd all fit together nicely

Hmmm with all these bits I'd be needin, prolly better for me just to get the full bilstein kit. I shall see how my cash flow goes n e way. You've been great help as always!
Chris :)
