Has anyone had experience, of placing the SEATCUPRA.NET large logo onto their paintwork for a short period and then removing.

I am busily orgainising my Vinyls for LE MANS, and would like to place these on the front wings, but obviously remove them when its over.

Just enquiring, whether they stick strong and fast or come away quite easily.

it'll stick well, but comes off pretty easily (in bits) - leaving some residue that's easily removed (I used alchohol)

ask them to do in temporary ie 1-2 year or even indoor if only for Le Mans.

You can actually get magnetic vinyl, this maybe another option to consider but you would need to get the SCN logos made up.

Screenprinters/Sign printers usually can offer this service.

I'd be tempted to use some quick detailer (maybe watered down) to position the vinyl, having first cleaned the area of wax.

Just double check it doesn't adversely affect the adhesive by testing it on a throw away sample. ;)

Magnetic are not that good! they will come off in seconds!

And stickers do depend on how good the glue on the sticker is!

if it rubbish then it wont stay on!

The glue will come off you need some sort of Silcone remover! or glue remover! something of that kind

orange juice gets it off. Surprising eh? Also lighter fuel

Dynamite if all else fails ;) Bit of a thread resurrection this one isn't it, only a year and half ago.

The cynic in me thinks today's reviver is after increasing his post count rather than being truly bothered about the effects of stickers on bodywork. Top marks for effort though. :D
