I bought new a Arosa 1.4 16v from Meadons, with a C.D auto changer as an optional extra, 1 day before I was due to pick it up I got a phone call to say they didn't have a cable for it, so we agreed a £20 discount they would post me the cable the following week, and I would fit it myself. 2 weeks past and no sign of the cable so I phoned them, and was told the person I need to speak to is with a customer and he phone me back.
No reply, 5 phone callls later on my behalf I finally speak to him to be told it will be posted as soon is possible,.
2 weeks after that and more ignored pnone calls, I went over there heads and phoned SEAT UK they persuaded them to send me the cable, only to find they had sold me the wrong auto changer.
More ignored phone calls.
So in the end I phoned Trading Standards.
Half an hour later I got a phone call from Meadons offering me a refund on my auto changer.
