VAG-COM in the Southwest

Does anyone have VAG-COM in the Southwest (and know how to use it..)??

The power curve issue with my car is driving me mad (see thread below:

and I’d like to get it resolved ASAP. Obviously I’m willing to travel a bit to get the issue diagnosed.
