I'm currently looking at getting my car remapped and read good things about your remaps.
Is the map a third parties like giac or is it your own?
Is the P-torque map a generic map or is it a base map that is tweaked for differing mods on each car?
Can the remap take into account current mods I have (Forge tip, 007dv and dynatwist induction kit), and can it be modified at a later date for say a turbo back exhaust, intercooler and eventually a K03s?
EDIT: I also run it on either tesco 99 or V power can this be taken into account in the remap and will it make much of a difference to performance being mapped for the above fuels?
How much is a remap and how much is a custom live road or rr remap and how much would it be to modify one of your maps at a later date?
Also what timescale am I looking at before I can get it booked in for mapping.
When are you open next as I will probably ring you aswell?
Also if your RR is in by the time I have a remap how much extra would it be for a power run after and how much for a before and after run?
Sorry for all the questions just want the most cost and performance effective choice for my current mods and future mods.
Any other info you could provide would also be appreciated.
Cheers in advance
Steve

Hi Steve
No re-map will be able to allow for your current mods ((Forge tip, 007dv and dynatwist induction kit). These simply ensure effective boosting and good air flow.
P-Torque offer generic re-maps through to full custom re-maps.
A custom re-map can be done so that you get better performance on higher octane fuel, but this would mean that normal unleaded could not be put in the car.
The standard mapping will still adjust to a higher octane fuel, and you will get better response and MPG
The normal P-Torque map, (still programmed from your ECU's original data) is £275 all in. This includes the full engine diagnostics check.
A full custom map on the rolling road will be £345 all in. This can take up to 1 day depending on what mods you are planning.
We will be open on Tuesday, so feel free to call the office, or my mobile for a chat.
As a re-map package, the rolling road before and after runs will be £305 all in.
If you modded the car at a later date, a discounted custom mapping session is offered
Any other questions, just shout
Best Regards
Will

Hopefully the rolling road will be in, yes. So a Re-map/RR session should be fine ;)

Hi i am looking at gettin a remap. I have a performance airfilter and cat back exhaust, will this effect the overall power outcome of the remap or will a custom map have to be written to get the full potential of these mods, if so is it really woth doing for such basic mods. How much power and torque would i expect to get from this. The car is a 2001 seat ibiza cupra 1.8t 156bhp. cheers

Hello Kieran
With just a filter and CAT back exhaust the standard P-Torque mapping will give superb results.
This is £275 all in to members, and includes an engine diagnostics check
Any other questions, please ask!:)

Hi Will
Noticed you've got the rolling road in and running calibration and checks on it.
Spoke to you on the phone about a month and a half ago about a remap with rr run before and after the remap. Any ideas on when the RR will be fully set up and running, so that I can get booked in for the remap and rr runs.
Will also try and ring some time next week about booking the remap etc.
Thank you in advance
Steve

Hi Steve
I am contacting a company on Monday, to have the 3 phase power supply checked.
Testing will then be carried out, and we can finally start getting customers booked in
Best Regards
Will

Morning Steve
We are still running tests at the moment. I know its taking time, but we want it as accurate as possible before running customers cars on it.
Feel free to call whenever you like ;)

Hi There
Yes, we can arrange some parts and fitting
We are currently chatting some of the bigger exhaust companies so we can offer full packages.
Please e-mail me at info@p-torque.co.uk and let me know what mods you are looking at getting, so I can arrange a price
Cheers ;)
hi mate tried emailing you but comp wouldnt have it so here's what i want.
i have already purchased a apr DV and THS intercooler.
i need the inertercooler fitted as i dont have the pipes for it so would have to be ordered.
i need a exhaust (preferably millteck) to cope with the stage 2.
then after that i need the remap.
could you total that up for me mate.
cheers

hi there guys,
just wondering, with your full remap, are you able to write out the second lambda to allow the use of a decat with out flashy lights coming up or poor running?
