20VT lowering and wheels

I want to lower my Ibiza 20VT and change the wheels. I thought 7X17s with 205/40 tyres but didn't know the best springs to use. I want to use standard dampers at present - any ideas. Also could anyone give me info on the upsolute chip I've read about.

Im not too sure whats out there at the mo for the 20VT.

Im pretty sure there are 3 Bilstein kits.
