help needed????

Need your help a.s.a.p. My mate is going to help me wire up my 400w amp, and what I need to know is obviously some one on here will have done it, can you send me details and diagrams, info sheet, infact anything that can help us both, as we are going to be going in blind!!!!!!!??????????
