View Full Version : need steering wheel with airbag !
i just had a crash and i need a to replace the airbag...the dealer is too expensive option for me...what else can be done ??
it's a cordoba 2k
why not fit an aftermarket wheel?looks and fells ten times better and probably 1/2 the price:cheers:

Ey up matey,
I've just changed the steering wheel in my 01' Ibiza Cupra, so i've got the standard one here just gathering dust w/ airbag intact. Not sure whether or not it will fit but probably worth asking around. If you want to sort something out let me know.

P.S How did you sort out the airbag connection i.e. disabling it etc?

Yeah, a Stargate would be useful :D
I had a Momo Champion wheel put on @ Awesome, so i'm not sure how he managed to disconnect everything. No warning lights come up on the dash.
I was meaning to send you a message to say thanx for the advice on my Engine Check light nightmare. Much appreciated :)

ok..what about this, i know someone who lives in england, he will come by to pick it up from u ??? i think now it's much easier !
