lowering the leon fr mk2

hi guys
just a few questions, i want to lower my leon fr mk2 by about 40mm front and rear, now can you get H & R springs or would i have to bring them in and also how much would it cost to fit.......also what would you recommend to lower the leon much appreciated for your time cheers.........:)

Hi

We can supply you with H&R springs, they are £160 (exc.VAT) and we can get those in stock same day (if ordered before 4.30pm Mon-Fri). Fitting would be £150 (exc.VAT) which includes four-wheel laser alignment.

Have you changed the shock absorbers and ARB's on your Leon?
