View Full Version : Please help! CD changer
I've had a quick look in the obvious places, and I can't find my CD changer in my 2001 Ibiza Cupra. I was under the impression they came with a changer as standard. Does anyone know where they put them from standard if i've got one, or where can I get one from from to plug straight in.
Sorry if this question has an easy and obvious answer, thanks in advance for your help.
Sos mate, dunno who told you they come with a cd changer, coz they dont! The lead is on the left hand side though under the carpet, fidly to find, but its there.
Cheers for the reply, is it Seat dealers where I get one from?

I'd keep an eye out for a second hand one to be honest, they're extortionate from a dealer... About £100 - 115 should find you a used one... ;)

Heres what I did and it will cost you just over £200......
Go to Halfords and buy a 'Connect 2' converter for a Seat Ibiza. This will connect to the plug that you will find under your carpet on the left hand side of your boot. Buy a Sony T69 six disc changer and plug it into the other side of the 'Connects 2' converter. You will know be able to play all your cds and control them all via the controls in the centre unit of your dash.
The 'Connect 2' converter cost £49.99
A T69 will cost about £165 - £180.
