Hi people,
I've just brought a new shape Ibiza and wanna put my ICE from my old car in it and need to know how difficult it is!

I've already had the SEAT 6cd changer put in it, complete rip-off but at least i can play cds! Ive got 2 alpine amps, a sub and components to go in. Is it difficult taking the inside of the car apart to run the cabling through?

1 last thing, i was planing on using the speaker level inputs for the amps but have heard lots about RCA converters, hat are they, how do they work and how much are they?!

Cheers
Gav

I've just put in some Kenwood Dual Mag components in my cupra.

I bought some speaker adaptors for the front doors as it was nigh on impossible to do anything else. www.incar-discount.co.uk

I put the tweeters next to the standard positions (grilles behind door mirrors)

I would strongly suggest buying a trim removal tool and d/loading the door removal instructions from tha main seatcupra.net site.

These have worked fine for me and the kennys sound a hell of a lot better than standard.

Im buying 2 V12 2ch amps to go in and have bought an RCA convertor (autoleads £8) but you can get Kenwood and Pioneer ones (dont know about quality)

When the amps and sub arrive they will be goin in, so unless u do it before me. Good Luck and go easy on the door cards ;)
