are they any good, do you see any difference in performance?

Used a K&N on the 110, didn't notice much in the way of power. The turbo does get into boost quicker though. If you do get it be careful not to oil it up to much, otherwise you might kill your MAF.
IMO not really worth it.

thats why I was asking. He has more than 2, as he had a couple the other week. £5 p and p puts the price up
