Ive just fitted a GFB to my standard Ibiza. Its whooshing nice and loud but i am also hearing a bit of chatter!! No matter how much i adjust the GFB i still hear it! Do you guys have this or is this chattering sound fu*king my car up??

to be honest if it's not fully closed it's not worth using
20VT's hate anything getting loose
except coil connections :)
stick to a Forge or a closed loop one ESPECIALLY if you are chippin or mappin later

That sound is your wastegate... basically it's not opening correctly and the wastgate is taking the strain... I couldn't get the GFB to work properly on my Leon at all... In fact every BOV I've tried has had problems, and I've tried most of 'em now... :(
My advice is to stick with a recirc, sad but it's the only way :(
