Air Conditioning

Hi,
I have the usual problem with the air con. No fan on 1 and 2, fan on 3 and 4. No air con on 3 and 4 only on 1 and 2.
I have changed the hearter resistor pack but this did nothing. Could anyone point me in the right direction please ?
