amp power lead? (ibiza)

decided to fit a sub into the boot of my ibiza cupra.
doesnt seem to be much space for this or any holes to put it through easily.
alternatively could i use the 12v power output in the boot to power the amp?

do it the way Icecavern says. NEVER EVER use the 12v output in the boot you will melt the wire.

Personally I would run 4 gauge wire down the car and use a distribution block to bring it down to 8 gauge for the amp. This should then offer you the chance to expand your system at a later date.
