Firstly many thanks to Andrew in Parts for a very quick , overnight, delivery...and a prompt phone call this morning to say it had arrived!!...( never got that with Ford!!)...
Whilst there I got my SCN card ( 104) and valve caps delivered personally by Nigel himself:D who takes a personal interest in the members of this forum. Cant say I know of many other garages where the MD bothers to even come onto the shop floor and greet the customers just spending a few pounds in parts.
Must be something to do with it being a family business instead of a sales driven conglomerate....Much appreciated guys and many thanks......I will see you again
