I'm looking at changing my motor and so was wondering if there is any interest....

Spec -

Cordoba 2.0 16v SX coupe,
Cantabrian blue ( Believed to be one of only four UK 2.0 SX's in this colour ),
40,000 miles Full Seat service history,
MOT 10/02 ( just MOT'd and passed no problems, CO emissions 0!!),
Clifford Concept 600 alarm with remote start ( highest spec thatcham 1 alarm available, plus the coolest gadget available, the chicks love it!),
Clear side repeaters ( originals also available ),
Pipercross Induction kit ( original airbox available ),
Ecotek,
Meshed grille ( original available ),
Supersprint stainless back box ( Only just fitted ),
Over £300 worth of sound deadening added to floor plan/doors/rear quarters/boot
Lovingly cared for and cleaned weekly,

Also the ICE boot build would be thrown in if required without the amps etc.. The ICE is negotiable though...

Not sure on price but I'll start the bartering at £7k without ICE although any serious offer would be considered.

post here or mail me at peter.stewardson@marconi.com if interested.

Well I want more power, but I don't want to spend huge amounts of cash so looks like a Turbo, or a Cougar V6......

I don't like beezas handling and I'd never get all my ICE in one so I'll probably be going for a Golf or Bora ( only just started selling Bora 1.8T's so they're a bit pricey yet. ) Leons are too pricey at the moment too, when a golf can be had for 10-11k.

It's a shame but the Cordy has to go to fund it. She's done me proud but it's time to move on :( :( :( :( :(

So nobody want's a cordy then? At this rate I'll have to trade her in. I'll cry as it is, not knowing she's going to a good home will make things worse.:( :( :( :(

If you want to make a few quid from the bits pete, i'm after an induction kit. How much were you thinking of for the boot install? - just the enclosures 'n' boot floor, i've got some amps to go in.

I've had a word with SQ+ and they can move my Clifford over to the new car much cheaper than buying a new one so I won't lose too much on that if I part ex.

I'd want about £230 for the boot install for the sub box for two subs, the floor, and the amp rack on the other side. It cost me much more than that to build and I recon huets/sq+ etc would charge a mint for it. I think MarkF's sub box cost £250 at SQ+...

I'm going to have a look round this weekend and next week for a motor so if I find anything then the induction kit will be up for grabs too..

okay Pete - i'll have to have a think about the boot install, i'm still deciding whether or not to go stripped out with just three speakers, or jazz it up and go for a big install.
Let me know about the induction kit though.

Will do mate. There's no way I'll be giving any dealer any of the mods I can take off...
