OK. I've worked everything out with Richard (REVO) over the phone.
The software is complete as far as performance tuning code but they need to put the switching capabilities.
Problem is I've got to wait until the 1st of March or there abouts.:( :( :(
What I am going to do til then?

I've been sleeping 1/2 as much and smoking 2x as much as I used to before deciding to chip. :eek:

PS: - He's got parts to put together 2 cruise control kits. Ones mine already:D. I know there was/is someone who wanted the kit as well. Well hears your chase.

how about

drive up slowly to Daventry.

might cost more, but it'll kill the time.

The best you could do is... erm m0rk does not have a bad idea...

but...

I would try to drive as many cars as possible just to check how good/bad they are in terms of performance. Especially tdi engines, like the old 110hp (or even 90hp). Actually just dont drive diablo/murcielago, porsche turbo, ferrari enzo and some other sluggish cars... :p

On the other hand you might just loose the sense of your stock engine performance by driving many different cars.

Doing that now as I'm driving Mum's old Opel corsa 1.5TD;)
