Hi all just a quicky have serached and dont want to hijack anyones thread so here goes!

getting some genesis 550cc injectors now will these be ok for around 300ponies until i get internals uprated then re-mapped to suit? im wondering if they will over fuel the car so to speak?

Also im in colchester does anyone on here have any experience of a tuner that can fit my turbo mani etc basically for a BT conversion and construct a dp thats not a million miles away from me??

:lol: nice try... I was tempted to do mine but its not like doing a RSturbo :blink:(so many connections to remember)

Got it all at home to fit, getting the internals done soon then the kit will be going in after.

Not yet, Vagtech will be doing the internals but i might get MRC to fit it seen as they are mapping it. I would just be nice to be able to over see the build locally so i can make some of my own adjustments along the way.

Might end up being more hassle than its worth :shrug:

The map will cost around 550 but i haven't yet got a quote for fitting of them but i'm guessing around 500ish which will be quite resonable it think.

£500 to fit turbo yeah that sounds ok what about dp they building you one and a tip?

i had a quote to do it for 305 plus vat but they dont construct dp's so there no good

I'm not sure if they will build a DP but i guess you can only ask..

Can't you just buy a pre-made DP :confused:

also some water lines to, now these are both for a leon cupra and the turbo is a gt287r1??

where did people get theirs?

Same injectors as me mate, i think they will be fine for around 300 BHP as it will be mapped accordingly.

My oil return and water pipes are JBS items, the oil feed came with the ATP kit.

I binned the rest of the pipes as they were no good due to different turbo location due to equal length manifold.

got injectors from bill some 2nd's but good for my install for before and after internals etc

i'll speak to jbs then see what they say i brought the turbo on its own you see not knowing what was involved lol

so need to source my lines may look on atp as the dollor is good with the pound etc

so i need

oil return
oil feed
and a water line 1 or 2?

You need:

Oil restrictor ( this is vital or your turbo will blow in seconds )
Oil feed pipe ( the ATP pipe that came with the kit was perfect for mine )
Oil return pipe

water pipes X2 from block above engine mount too turbo and one that comes from turbo around cambelt side of engine.

On the oil feed side of your blower, does it have a brass coloured part screwed in with a small hole in it?
