TDi fuel usage

For any Leon TDi owners interested.

This graph shows my "tank MPG" since buying the car in March with 3500 miles on the clock, finishing with 26,000 in current time, mostly hard driving.

(I hope I've attached file correctly!!!)

The 2 peaks are trips the Scotland, the trough was a 120+mph cruise to see family in Germany.

26000 miles already, and I was worried about doing that a year!

I'm being quite gentle with my leon at the moment and my work commute is 49 miles of Motorway (and 1 of A-road) and I'm averaging between 49-53 which I'm quite pleased about considering its still running in (1000miles).

When I bought the car the intention was to keep it for 5 years, with an average of 35-40,000 miles per year. This might change next year in April when I get Compnay car allowance and fuel paid........I can afford to do 40,000+ miles per yeah then.....and thats all personl, not compnay milage.

Thats nearly the mileage i do too!!, 60,000 average for me,

Oh well, i've only got 600miles left to drive today:D , from bracknell to birmingham, to hull, and back to bracknell this evening!!, see ya all in 2 tanks of fuels time!!:D :D
