Any one used this garage??

Just booked in my 1st annual service for March, the staff seemed really friendly & helpful - £107.00 all in.

My nearest dealers are Listers in Coventry but they wanted £162.00 (why so much difference?)I prefer to travel 20 miles and get it done a bit cheaper.

Any comments appreciated.

I bought my car from francis seat no problem`s at all alway`s helpful & friendly,fixed my outside temp sensor when broke staight away even got one in stock when everybody else was waiting for there`s. i`ll be booking mine in there in march for it`s first service:D

Yeah when I rang up to book the service the staff seemed really helpful - spoke to James & Darren in service and they both went out of there way to help and give advice (even phoned me back straight away when my mobile signal went down - Listers in Coventry don't even phone you back when you ask them to!)

Sales:
I brought a W reg Leon 20VT Sport here last december. The staff were all excellent. They even got the service dept to print out the routine service costs for me.

Service:
Earlier this year I booked the car in because I was having trouble with the radio cutting out and the cords on the read parcel shelf had come loose. They replaced the head unit and the entire parcel shelf under warranty and washed the car for me.
The radio probelm is back, so today I phoned them again. The guy in the sevice department immediately said 'sounds like a short in one of the speakers' (this is something that I'd seen discussed in other posts). Its booked in for next wednesday.
The came good with the free MOT aswel - even letting me take it into their Honda Garage in Mountsorrel.

Parts:
Had my read wiper arm ripped off last year. They got the parts quickly and remembered to call me when they arrived.

All in all one of the best car dealers I've come across (Toyota in Stratford are excellent - if you've got a Toyota!).
