we are currently using the 006 in chrome , but as in another thread the 007 is useable , same internally , but smaller case and without the removable top .

after a rather nice chat the other day , with MR FORGE , he can supply us with both IN BLACK

before you jump up and say WHY??

the 007 IN BLACK when fitted is as near as damn it looking the same as the original part (wots the point you say) well , imagine forge advantages without the easy spot hassle some  dealers may give you :D

it is spottable when looked at BUT very stealthy to say the least

listed @ same price as the original 006 :D

Any advantages between the 006 and 007 ????

I'm wondering if my valve has already started to play up (only 700 miles on the clock, is this likely ??) due to the fact that there seems to be more turbo lag than when i first got the car 2 weeks ago ...

Hi. I've just fitted the 07. It does have a removable top, just like the 6. Don't know whether the SEAT has the same cover over the top of the engine as the Octavia, but I don't reckon the 6 would fit under it (I could be wrong). Works nicely and is very stealthy, my dealer didn't spot it when it went in for its 10k service last week.

I have fitted a dv006 and it fits nicely under the cover on my Leon, although the top pipe was a bit short to reach the connecting nipple!
