Just got back today from a trip down the west midlands to friends,so thought would take the opportunity to get the car mapped while i was there..... 3 words.....OH.........MY .........GOD.
Will post pics etc later when can get the camera hooked up,suffice to say i was beaming all the way back home,Will, the guy who owns P-Torque is a top fella, and thanks to him for his help and advise.
So anyway, the car made 231Bhp and 232 lb/ft of torque like above will post pics and graphs later but am on way back out for a spin :D:D:D:D:funk::funk::funk:

Here's pics and vid of the rolling road, firstly,we arrived at P-Torque friday afternoon, all week i had issues with the temp gauge hovering between 0 and 90 so it was on the way out basically. When we arrived at Will's place he put the car on vag-com which then brought up the one fault code- temp sensor.Luckily Will does a lot of work with a set up across the road VW Rescue,a quick phone call and they had a sensor sorted. Will put the map on the car then we took it round and replaced the sensor,10 minutes later and with Will in the passenger seat we took the car for a run,all i can say is it was amazing the difference pre and post map,as Will explained to me,how some maps give you a big kick early on then tail away sharply, the map he had developed gives you plenty right through the rev range, now i knew what all the guys who have had mapped cars mean when they say about the grin factor :D Shortly after we were back at P-Torque with Will strapping the car to the rolling road,he did two runs for the torque results and then two for the Bhp,enough to say he was well pleased with the results as we all were .All that is left is to say a big thanks to Will for all he done and explained yesterday, cheers mate:funk:

why were the power & torque runs done at different times?

The torque on the 1st plot says 288lbft

The power crossed out on the 2nd plot says 194bhp

so what is it? Not ever seen a dyno plot taken at different times quoted in the same sentence.

Mork,Will explained to me that for some reason when he had done a software update it wouldn't put both figures and graphs on the same plot, hence he had to do the two runs, now that is as much as i know mate, this was my first experience of a rolling road set-up.

Lee it was the 180bhp LC
